TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE AND LEARNING SUPPORT (TALS)
Welcome to the newest addition to our training opportunities for you! TALS is a unique and cutting edge feature that provides outstanding, tailored learning activities specifically designed to meet the needs of your learning and your county.
Research has demonstrated that to best support our classroom learning, we need to have activities that support that process before, during and after the training event. Here is where TALS comes in. - Debriefing your meetings with an emphasis on facilitation
- Implementation assistance or guidance
- Mini - Workshops and Presentations – Case example workshops, elements of preparation, implementation ideas, practice facilitation skills and more!
Learning Support – These are activities designed to assist you in developing a training plan and acquainting your agency with the benefits of Child & Family Teams.
